Originally available as part of the Dice Tower 2018 Kickstarter campaign. This card will also be included in the Colonies expansion.

It can used with any mix of base game with or without any expansions.

"Floaters" are first defined in the Venus Next expansion, but covered in the base game rules as "Other resources".

Action: Add 1 floater here, or spend 1 floater here to gain 2 titanium, or 3 energy, or 4 heat.
